Gewerkton is built by Thorsten Meyer in Iffeldorf, Bavaria — out of a simple observation: the most important information on a construction site is spoken, and then it evaporates into hastily typed minutes.
Gewerkton keeps the spoken word: it records site meetings, transcribes them locally, recognises which trade each item belongs to, and turns approved items into trackable tasks — with the original audio always one click away.
The product follows three principles: the site manager stays in control (nothing becomes a task without approval), evidence beats memory (every task links to its original statement), and data stays home (transcription runs on-premises).
Gewerkton is part of Thorsten Meyer AI.
