These terms govern the use of the website gewerkton.com, operated by Thorsten Meyer (see Impressum). Access to the Gewerkton application itself is granted under a separate agreement concluded with each customer.

2. Website content

All content on this website is provided for general information about the Gewerkton product. It does not constitute a binding offer. Product features described here may evolve.

3. Access requests

Submitting an access request via email creates no obligation for either party. We will respond with the information required to conclude a usage agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The Gewerkton name, wordmark, texts and design of this website are protected. Reproduction beyond private, non-commercial use requires prior written permission.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence we are liable only for damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

6. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator.
